We have two litters expected in mid-April, with Dad, Bradley's Little Man Denzel Pugington (Denny) fathering both. The Moms are Bradley's Little Lady Oprah Pugphrey (Millie), due April 14, and Bradley's Little Lady Catherine Pugzeta Jones (Kady) with her first litter due on April 18. Millie is charcoal black and does produce fawns, and Kady is fawn, but will produce black also as Denny is black. The adoption process begins with a phone conversation to be able to adequately select the best personality of the puppy for the new owner. During the ensuing visits, reports will be made on how the babies are doing, and how the individual puppy that was selected is doing. Although names are given to the puppies, as well as colored adjustable collars, if a name has been determined for the selected baby, it will then be used to help that baby learn its name.
Our puppies thrive in the family living room, by everyday sounds like the TV, lively conversations, and playful interactions ensuring they develop robust social skills and confidence. From day 10, we initiate litter-box training, achieving reliability by 8 weeks, while introducing essential commands like "Leave it!" to manage behaviors effectively. Daily cuddles, kisses, and snuggles foster affection, complemented by gentle weekly nail trims, learning to lay on their backs, and with high-quality food, we ensure optimal health and energy for our puppies, all while maintaining oversight with both sire and dam present for every litter.
